Reseeding includes raking up dead grass and bare spots, putting topsoil down, planting grass seed, and covering it with mushroom manure to allow new grass to grow. Topdressing is adding new topsoil to your lawn to ensure the existing grass has rich soil so it can thrive! This service is recommended in the spring or the fall (or both!).
